TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Calderstone is a Marketing Services Provider.  As such you will be assisting marketing managers, graphic designers and sales directors, amongst others, meet their objectives.  You will be helping these customers “turn their ideas into reality”.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be instrumental in the expansion of Calderstone, opening new accounts and developing customer relationships in order to grow our business with them.  There are no regional restrictions from where you find our customers and we work with local, regional, national and global brands.  If you wish to develop your sales career within a growing company, you’ll be happy with Calderstone. It is essential you are passionate about sales, the client experience and providing the highest level of customer service.

There is a direct link between your energy and activity and revenue generated for the company. You’ll develop a customer base and sales revenue for Calderstone and be recognized accordingly for your efforts.  Support and assistance will be given as to who are the best prospects for you to contact.  Training on our IT system and how you work within Calderstone is provided on site commencing with an Induction program.

Your objective will be to meet your sales target and feel that you are a valued member of our team.  Your primary task is making approximately 100 calls per week, selling over the phone the full portfolio of Calderstone’s products and services. In addition, you will maintain accurate data within our CRM including prospect details, customer information and, on our MIS, the status of each stage of orders as they progress through the system.

You will:-

  • have a real interest in selling the products and services in our sector.
  • be enthusiastic researching approximately 100 leads per week online.
  • have a full understanding of the sales process with a competent and professional telephone manner.
  •  be confident in your approach and enjoy working as part of a small team.
  • be able to demonstrate a successful track record in telesales. References will be taken.
  • be driven by achieving your target and motivated by uncapped earnings potential.
